Comfortable room, attentive staff, the free wi-fi was reliable and the fitness club was well-equipped for a refreshing workout, and with the metro just steps away, exploring the city was effortless.

Everything was exactly right.

Had a proper good time at this place! The spa was absolutely lush, especially the Turkish bath. But brekkie could do with more choices, like an egg station or something, but overall, we loved it.

Room cleanliness was spotty upon check-in. a layer of dust wasn’t the welcome I hoped for. Sadly, there were various difficulties with communication, as some staff members struggled with English, which made resolving issues a bit of a hassle. If you plan on relying heavily on the amenities, be prepared for inconvenient closures or inconsistent maintenance that might hinder your experience during busier times. The dining options could also use an upgrade, as the meals offered felt limited and underwhelming.

The Superior City View French room was pretty spacious and had a nice view. Beds were seriously comfortable, making it easy to crash after a long day. The decor was lovely, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. Only downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin—I could hear some noise from the hallway.

It was just a great match for a brief hiatus in Istanbul with great value for money. The A/C was struggling, so I had to keep it on constantly, but it did the job. Bring your own toiletries since the bathroom setup isn’t ideal for privacy.

My stay here was enhanced by the wonderful nearby attractions like the Hagia Sophia and Miniaturk, both easily reachable on foot, letting me enjoy Istanbul's beauty with minimal effort. plus, the breakfast spread was great, offering a good variety of delicious options to fuel my daily explorations.

I enjoyed the lavish spa service after a long day, but the WiFi was complicated to use.

The Marmara Suite had panoramic windows offering breathtaking 180-degree views of the city. We received a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home.
